Policies: In the event you need to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded provided your notice of cancellation is received no later than 14 days prior to your  reserved arrival date. Sorry, no refunds will be given for early departure. Stop at the guest registration building on the right, past the entrance for check-in and entrance pass. No pets allowed. There will be no charge for local phone calls. Direct-dialed long distance calls must be paid at the rental office prior to departure. We recommend that you use phone cards or your cell phone to avoid such charges. The provided linens are for your use within the condo only.  Please do not take our towels or blankets to the pool or the beach!  Bring your own beach towels.   Check-out time is 10 a. m.
