Policies and Procedures of Mallard Haven Vacation Rentals:

Check In / Out
Check-in time, as set by Mandoki Hospitality, is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m.   Contact Jerry Davis for current procedures and details.  

Pets
Pets are not allowed in or on the vacation property premises. A pet or evidence of a pet found on premises will cause forfeiture of entire rent and deposit and immediate tenant eviction.

Furnishings and Decor
This condo is equipped with central heat and air conditioning, dishwasher, microwave, and cable TV and dvd player.   Coin-operated washer and dryers are located on the main level for all guests.  See our Unit Features section for current decor.

 

Maintenance
Every effort is made to maintain the accommodations in good repair. All repairs will be handled as quickly as possible. However, no rent refunds will be made for malfunctions.

Telephone
Telephones are furnished for local calls.  Long distance and directory assistance calls must be made collect, charged to your personal phone number or paid by credit card.  Note: Gulf Shores Plantation guest telephones are operated on a central switchboard system, and long distance calls must be paid individually.

Grilling
Use of outdoor charcoal grills is allowed and encouraged in the designated areas. 

Unit for Sale

In the unlikely event that the property you are renting goes on the market for sale, Mandoki Hospitality or a realty agent may need to show the property during your visit.  Every effort will be made to schedule the showing at a convenient time for you.

Additional Information

All units are leased without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin or handicap. Due to liability issues, we are unable to provide prospective renters with keys to preview properties.
